BlobSketch is a realtime, browser-native soft body laboratory where drawing functions as a dialogue with physics.
Implemented in pure HTML, CSS, and WebGL, the system compresses a robust physics engine and interactive interface into under 150 kilobytes of code.
By extending the language of vector drawing into the temporal and tactile domain, the system re-imagines physics engines not as background processes, but as creative instruments where emergent behavior steers the final form.
BlobSketch serves as a proof-of-concept that embodied interfaces for soft-matter reasoning can foster scientific insight and creative exploration in equal measure.
